Lawrence Sassi Architect is a full service architecture and interiors firm. We offer a range of architectural services from concept design and space planning through construction administration including filing projects with design review boards such as the NYC Landmarks Commission and the Jersey City Historic Preservation Office. We also have experience developing corporate and brand standards for architectural design and details.

We recently completed 2 Bliss Spa interiors, one in the new W Hotel, Atlanta Downtown and another in the new W Hotel, Ft Lauderdale. A residential interior renovation on the upper west side of Manhattan is gearing up for phase 2 of construction which entails a full gut renovation of the existing apartment. Meanwhile, our collaboration on an apartment renovation in the high end Beresford apartment building is nearing completion as well as a small residential addition in Jersey City.
